Unsolicited Submissions Policy

At Red Stamp Productions, we value creativity and original ideas. However, in order to protect both our company and creators, we have a strict policy regarding unsolicited submissions.

We do not accept or consider any unsolicited scripts, concepts, ideas, treatments, formats, pitches, or other creative materials of any kind. This includes submissions via email, post, social media, or in person, unless they are sent through a recognised literary agent, entertainment lawyer, or established industry representative with whom we have an existing relationship.

Any unsolicited material received will not be read, reviewed, or retained. Emails will be deleted unread and any physical submissions will be securely destroyed.

By submitting unsolicited materials despite this policy, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No obligation of confidentiality or consideration is created by your submission.

• Red Stamp Productions has no liability for the use of any materials that may be identical or similar in theme, idea, story, character, format, or concept to past, present, or future projects produced, developed, or distributed by us.

• You waive any claims against Red Stamp Productions, its partners, employees, or affiliates in connection with your submission.

This policy is in line with standard practice across the film and television industry and exists to protect both creators and our production team.

If you are a writer or creator wishing to share work with us, please do so only through a recognised representative.
