Work Experience & Student Placements
From time to time, we are able to offer short-term work experience opportunities. However, as a small team, the onboarding process can be time-consuming and is not always a streamlined part of our workflow. For that reason, placements are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
If you are interested in pursuing a placement with us, please email us with the following information:
-
Your full name
-
Your education facility (school, college, or university)
-
A contact at your school/college/university
-
The dates you are hoping to start
-
Details of any documents or insurance required by your school
-
Your availability for a short Zoom interview
This helps us assess whether a placement is possible and ensures we have all the information we need to consider your request.
Submitting CVs & GDPR Compliance
In line with GDPR regulations, we do not keep CVs on file unless we have your explicit consent. Applicants will need to reapply for each new role posted on this page.
If we have worked with you before and you consent, we may invite you to join the Red Stamp Rolodex — our internal database of freelancers and collaborators we enjoy working with. We will review and seek to renew your consent on an annual basis to ensure your information is up to date.
Equal Opportunities
Red Stamp Productions is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are especially committed to supporting working-class and underrepresented talent in the creative industries.
Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Red Stamp Productions is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation in all areas of our business and supply chain. While we are not legally required to publish a Modern Slavery Statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we uphold the following principles:
-
We do not tolerate forced labour, exploitation, or human trafficking in any form.

We expect the same standards from all suppliers, freelancers, and partners we work with.

We take our responsibility seriously to ensure our work reflects respect, integrity, and fairness at every level.
Child Protection and Safeguarding
At Red Stamp Productions, we recognise our responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people engaged in our productions, whether as employees, contributors, or participants.
We are committed to:
-
Creating a safe, supportive environment for all under-18s involved in our work.
-
Complying with all relevant UK legislation, including child performance licensing requirements.
-
Ensuring all productions involving children are risk-assessed and carried out with appropriate supervision.
-
Requiring child performance licences where applicable, and working closely with local councils to meet statutory obligations.
-
Ensuring children are accompanied at all times by a licensed chaperone, parent/guardian, or approved carer.
-
Never placing children in situations that may cause physical or emotional harm.
-
Treating all children with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of background, gender, ethnicity, disability, or orientation.
Practical Measures
-
All crew working directly with under-18s will follow safeguarding best practice.
-
Where appropriate, DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks may be requested.
-
Any safeguarding concerns will be reported immediately to the designated safeguarding lead within the company.
Designated Safeguarding Lead
Red Stamp Productions has appointed a Child Protection & Safeguarding Lead, responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy and serving as the first point of contact for any concerns.
